The coach who’s been in the work; not just studied it.
I didn’t come to coaching through a textbook. I came through eleven years of leading people, from the pulpit, to the mat, to the boardroom, and watching what actually helps people change versus what just sounds good.
What I’ve learned is this: most people aren’t struggling because they lack information. They’re struggling because they can’t get out of their own way. That’s the work I do.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); but what matters more than the methodology is the outcome. With over 5,000 sessions completed, I’ve helped clients move from stuck to clear, from overwhelmed to in control, from surviving to actually leading their own lives.
My credentials were earned through the Life Purpose Institute, an ICF-certified program recognized as the gold standard in professional coaching. But credentials open the door, what happens in the room is what keeps my clients coming back.
If you’re ready to stop waiting for things to feel easier and start building the life you want, I’d like to be part of that process.
